Based on my experience, price rate becomes a crucial factor when looking for a supporting professional. Therefore, I would like to give you some guiding points below that hopefully will help your orientation in the pricing subject. My pricing is convenient and flexible! My goal is to make my services available for everyone who would like to achieve a change in their case(s). For this reason, I am not using a price list, but I offer individual, personalized conditions.
Coaching consultation
I offer online and offline consultation as well, and I strive to be as flexible with the hourly rates as possible – which is reflecting in the price of the service as well. It means that I offer 30-40% lower rates than the market price, please read below for more details. Usually, the exact price conditions are agreed on the first consultation, when setting the coaching contract.
- The first consultation event is free of charge.
- I am not using a price list. My goal is to make the service available for everyone (e.g.: students, entrants, employees, managers, executives, freelancers, parents, couples, retirees, etc.) who would like to achieve a change in their case(s).
- The price rate is influenced by many other factors like the length of the process, the nature of the subject, the frequency and length of the consultation events, etc.
- The exact price rate is being agreed on the first consultation session.
- Payment can be done in cash, or through withdrawal and PayPal as well.
Mediation
Regarding conflict resolution, I follow the same principles as above. Moreover, the Hungarian Mediation Law act LV. of 2002 is instructing the parties for a common agreement about pricing. Due to these reasons, the price rate is being agreed on the first personal meeting with the parties (together or individually).
